The Company supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by conducting business in accordance with sustainability development principles and comprehensively considering environmental (E), social (S), and governance (G) impacts. This creates shared value throughout the value chain, delivers maximum benefit to stakeholders, and aligns with the global SDGs. The Company has established a sustainability development policy covering the economic, social, and environmental dimensions as follows

Corporate Governance

  • Uphold ethics and transparency in business and operations, while complying with laws, rules, regulations, procedures, and standards established by regulatory authorities and internationally accepted practices
  • Adhere to and comply with the Company's policies and guidelines, including its corporate governance policy, code of business ethics, policies and guidelines for preventing and combating corruption, and others

Economy

  • Continuously seek ways to develop and improve operational efficiency in every process by establishing targets, measurement methods, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure efficient and effective performance
  • Develop and promote the use of innovation and new technologies to support operations and services as a business strategy, creating added value and long-term organizational growth
  • Encourage and support partners, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout the business value chain in conducting business in accordance with sustainable development principles

Society and Communities

  • Promote and develop employees' capabilities through continuous training and education, while creating a safe workplace with sound occupational safety, health and working environment practices. Encourage creativity and enable employees to realize their full potential and capabilities, fully meeting customer needs and satisfaction in both the quantity and quality of products and services
  • Strengthen and promote the participation of communities and relevant stakeholders through openness, attentive listening, constructive consultation, and equal treatment, while supporting better quality of life and stronger communities
  • Cooperate with government agencies, business partners, and other stakeholders to contribute to community development

Environment and Climate Action

  • Manage environmental quality in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Seek effective resource management approaches and maximize resource efficiency through control, prevention, and reuse to minimize pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and impacts on the environment, communities, and society. This also includes emergency planning and the use of appropriate technology to optimize resource use
  • Communicate, campaign, promote, and raise awareness among stakeholders to share responsibility for the environmental impacts of business operations, address climate change, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and conserve nature and the environment, contributing to the achievement of the global Sustainable Development Goals

Safety

  • Set a target of zero work-related injuries and illnesses by developing and improving safety and good hygiene standards in accordance with legal requirements
  • Prioritize and strictly enforce safety control measures, provide appropriate and sufficient safety training, and continuously engage communities and society in raising awareness and fostering a culture of safety

Tax Practices

The Company has established a tax policy to support valuable growth and act as a good corporate citizen through responsible tax practices. The Company's operations must comply with applicable accounting standards and tax rules, based on the following practices

  • Tax Structure: The Company avoids fraudulent or improper tax structures and arrangements that create complexity for short-term tax benefits or tax avoidance
  • Tax Incentives: The Company seeks to use tax incentives lawfully and effectively, guided by appropriate and sustainable business decisions and within the country's tax policy
  • Tax Transparency: The Company reports its tax obligations to the government transparently and in an auditable manner

Conduct and Respect for Human Rights

The Company respects and upholds human rights, recognizing and respecting human dignity as a fundamental principle of its business. It treats all stakeholder groups equally and without discrimination, providing equal opportunities regardless of race, skin color, sex, gender identity, age, religion, language, creed, belief, social status, family origin, disability, or political opinion. The Company also complies with applicable legal provisions and international human rights principles under Thai and international law, and promotes respect for human rights in business activities in accordance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). It is accountable to society and all stakeholder groups through operations conducted under the Company's code of business ethics, to prevent human rights violations in its work processes, in accordance with the guidelines set out in its human rights policy

Information Disclosure

  • Disclose the sustainability development policy, sustainability activities, and performance across all dimensions transparently, adequately, and completely in accordance with the criteria and requirements of relevant authorities, demonstrating the commitment to sustainable organizational development
  • Disclose the policy to employees, workers, and stakeholders so they understand and apply it in their work and business dealings with the Company

All directors, executives, employees, and workers at every level are responsible for supporting, promoting, and working in accordance with this corporate sustainability development policy until it becomes part of the corporate culture, with operations that recognize responsibility to society in the economic, social, and environmental dimensions
