Upon expiry of the retention periods specified above, or when personal data is no longer required for the purposes of processing, the Company will delete, destroy, or anonymize the data using appropriate, secure methods that prevent unauthorized access, reuse, or recovery, as follows
Paper documents will be destroyed using methods that prevent the information from being recovered.
Electronic data will be deleted from systems and storage media in accordance with the Company's technical security measures.
These procedures will be supervised by the data controller and carried out in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures for personal data retention and destruction, as well as the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
